Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented, organized, and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Account Management Team. Reporting to our Senior Account Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating across all of our marketing clients, to support a strong client experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for eCommerce and marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that is US or Canada based with preferred PST hours and West Coast location. This role is either fully-remote or hybrid for NYCers.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
To support our Account Management team and top-tier clients, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Growth Marketing, Retention, CRO, UI UX Design, Creative, and Development to ensure client projects are executed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and according to client scopes and expectations
- Conduct daily check-ins with the Sharma Brands team to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues
- Monitor client performance and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key performance metrics and outcomes
- Assist with new client onboarding, including gathering requirements, developing proposals, and presenting solutions.
- As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for freeing up Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to focus on higher-level strategic work
- Must be able to communicate and collaborate with team members and occasionally clients on a regular basis (Slack, iMessage, meetings, etc.)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Be open to constructive feedback, and make necessary adjustments to designs based on input from team members and clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the Sharma Brands client experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of account management, marketing or eCommerce brand experience
