Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design to join our Creative Team, and report to Sharma Brand’s Creative Director, supporting our email clients. This is a full-time position that is US or Canada based. This role is either hybrid for NYCers or fully-remote eligible.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To support our client’s growth, you will be responsible for:

• Design on-brand sales focused emails for our portfolio of eCommerce clients utilizing industry standard graphic design softwares (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
• Ensure that all designs are responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices
• Slice and upload email designs into clients' email service providers (Klaviyo, etc.) to build custom templates. Test emails to ensure that all elements are uploading and functioning correctly
• Collaborate with Clients and creative teams to conceptualize and develop design ideas that align with KPIs and brand identity/guidelines
• Stay updated on email design trends and continuously innovate, bringing fresh and engaging ideas to the table
• Help brainstorm new and creative ideas for our clients' campaign calendars
• Must be able to communicate and collaborate with team members and occasionally clients on a regular basis (Slack, iMessage, meetings, etc.)
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success
• Be open to constructive feedback, and make necessary adjustments to designs based on input from team members and clients
• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and client transfer

Qualifications:

• Must have animation and graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Figma required, Adobe Suite experience preferred
