Position Overview:

Sharma Brands has an office in Flatiron in New York, and we are looking for a part-time ops assistant to help us with administrative tasks for 3 days each week, coming in on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. We’ll need your help with organizing the office and assisting our team with various tasks.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Provide administrative support across various departments
• Help organize and manage office operations and procedures
• Participate in preparing and setting up for meetings and design presentations
• Support staff with clerical tasks, including opening packages, shipping packages, taking stock of inventory
• Placing orders
• Engage in special projects, as directed
• Generally making our office a nicer place!

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Great communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Willingness to help and team player mentality
• Plus if you’re interested in Marketing, eCommerce, UI UX / Graphic Design
• College internship eligible
• Bonus points if you have an interest or background in interior design to redecorate our office!
